Hi Customer, While answering requests from potential drop-ship customers for a client one day, I received one that basically said, "You asked for my tax ID in a previous e-mail. But I don't have one yet. Can I sell your products for a while without giving you a tax ID? I don't want to go through all the work of setting up a business until I know I can make a living at it." I wrote back explaining that we required a tax ID to make sure our wholesalers were serious about running a business succeed and not just trying it out. People who don't plan to succeed, inevitably don't succeed. Nothing can ensure your failure more certainly than when you plan to bail out the first time your business doesn't meet your expectations. I encouraged her to make that commitment to herself and to her business to give her all to making it succeed instead of planning to set it aside. Sadly, I never heard back from her. Contrary to the many get-rich-quick pitches you hear on the Web, starting a business is hard work and requires commitment to see it through to success despite the many obstacles and disappointments you face along the way. It requires a desire to make it succeed, no matter what. Attitude is everything in starting a business. You need every bit of determination to succeed that you can muster. If you're already well along in your business, I congratulate you. You've probably found these bonus tips rather basic. But that's what these bonus tips are all about.
